I got my hair cut at the great clips on Collins rd in Jacksonville Fl 32244 And the lady that cut my hair said she knew what she was doing on the hair cut I wanted and and it was supposed to have layers and be what the called a stacked bob and it looks terrible and Im a single mom and all my money went to getting things for my son and I didnt want to be rude but i dont know what to do. Its not done right at all.
