Bad experience with paying a bill.
I had my sons internet disconnected feb 8 and mailed the box back. I pd the final bill and have proof from my bank. I have been told by an irate customer service agent that was not true. And he now owes over $100. Because of late fees which should not been added plus an early termination fee which I was not told about. He is incarcerated and by law I'm not required to pay this but felt it was the right thing to do. I need help resolving this matter but can never reach anyone in the usa ... I need help from century link User's recommendation: Do not use this company.
