Bad customer service rude cashiers and managers

The flatlands Avenue store have the laziest checker and rude managers. The checker Chanely Aguero refused to bag my groceries. Telling me I have to bag them,So I ask her to put the money back on my card. I dont work there so I shouldnt be bagging groceries I just purchased. I have been calling the store to speak with a manager. But when I explained to who ever answered They hung up on me and have been hanging up when ever I called back.
