Bad Customer Service – Post Delivery

Originally, my husband and I were impressed with Jordan's. They offered great financing and carried a beautiful line of the Magnolia furniture. The bed frame we wanted ended up not fitting up my stairs, so we had to pick a new frame. We settled on one that we could not view in the stores. I asked the "sleep lab" team if the mattress I had purchased would fit this new frame and they assured me it would. We got the new bed mid May, so around 3 months ago. The mattress unequivocally does not fit. We were on our honeymoon and getting our new house in order, so we really didn't pay much attention to it, but now that we are settled, the bed frame sucks. Every night we lose our pillows and struggle to sleep soundly. I contacted Jordan's erroneously thinking they would do the right thing since they seemingly pride themselves on these "sleep lab" experts and they basically told me too bad. His exact words were, I can give you 10 different beds and this same problem would occur. Pictures are attached. It may surprise the people at Jordan's to know, in my 36 years on earth I have actually seen and slept in beds. I have had purchased furniture from Macy's and Raymour and NEVER had a bed that left this wide of a gap and clearly did not fit on the frame. I have also frequented numerous hotels in my life and have seen other beds that DO NOT do this. The conversation ended with we could not return the bed but they would refund us 50% to put toward a new bed. It would be on thing if they didn't have this "sleep lab" but they do. So what is the purpose of creating this "separate" section to make sure everything is seamless if you don't stand behind anything? Very disappointed.
