I bought a BMW I3 from BMW o Beverly Hills at the end of October of 2021, when I bought the car it only had one pair of keys instead of two. They told me the my second pair was somewhere else and that they need to look for it or maybe they would have to order a new one. They also told me that of they need to order a new key it would take from three to four weeks to arrive. Until now Mach 20, 2022 I haven't received nothing and I already spoke with three of their managers but none of them has giving me a solution jet.
