Bad color,and was told the wrong price.i want my money back!!!$147.37

I told her brown under tone and blond highlights, i was blond now im red ,and the highlights she put in you can't even see ,she mixed colors. I do not like red hair and I told her this. Plus I asked her how much it would be and she told me $52.97, I had $40.00 in cash and was putting the rest on my bank card,im on disability but knew I could aford the 12.97 on bank card, when I got up to pay my bill was $147.37, $107.97 after I paid the 40 in cash, I almost fainted . She never even told me she was charging me $69.97 for highlights, or the right total which was$147.37, I would have told her no, cause I can go to a real salon and pay that much, .befor she told me what I owed she said she would give me a discount if I gave a review so I said ok to get the discount, I didn't fill out the review she did on my phone. I asked her twice what the total was and both times she said 52.97. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I HAVE ALREADY GONE BACK AND TRIED TO GET IT STRAIGHT NOTHING HAPPENED, GOING TO BBB IF I CANT GET THIS FIXED ,AND I WILL LET PEOPLE KNOW NOT TO GO THERE.
