I am a loan officer that used to be business with Mr. Cooper up until today. They make the loan process very difficult and ask clients for items again and again and again! They even turned down a client this week whose loan had been in process for many months over the fact that our client did what was morally right last fall when his car payment was paid late. We came close to missing a closing deadline today due to their awful client service! Very frustrating company to deal with that tries to discriminate against legal immigrants! Do not ever do a loan with them! Worst experience ever!
