Ordered two awnings. Upon delivery saw the support bars were like toys. Complete junk. My installers could not get the confusing instruction diagrams to line up with the actual product. Screws to hold the support bars together did not fit, holes did not line up with other parts. Charged for an upgrade in material that was not upgraded at all. I have now read reviews on Consumer Advocates and this website. Same complaints from many customers. Do not buy this product.
