I'm afraid I won't recommend BabyBoo Fashion to my worst enemy. My teenager daughter decided to buy a dress from this online retailer apparently based in Australia. It arrived late and had to sent it back paying £10 as they don't cover returns! I'm still waiting for my refund. Their customer service is a disgrace. Particularly a woman called Lauren who is very rude. I would certainly keep away from this shop! I have lost a about £110 including the cost of the goods plus the postage... I find it hard to believe that this is a "fashion start-up" as they pretend to be… No start-up will treat their clients like this…
