The Chicago area stores have always been awful, since Covid they are 10x worse. What prescriptions I can have delivered from month to month seems to be determined by a dartboard throw. I rarely get tracking numbers or an email saying something has shipped resulting in my stuff getting stolen. Only the heartiest of crazy people shop irl anymore making the store a loony bin. The cashier at Howard/Asbury/Western freezes up if more than 3 people are in line and the layout of the line means gammy num nums is going to ram you with her basket and be angry you're in her way.h User's recommendation: don't do it.
