Awful experience and disappointment

When picking up my rental vehicle which i booked over a month in advance for a total of a month to visit and help assist with the care of my widow 83 year old mother. The agent at your counter informed me that I had to purchase a toll pass at ten dollars a day otherwise I would be fined by the state of Florida for not having such pass. I have been traveling to this state within the past few months which made me believe that this statement was false. He told me that this law just went in affect two days ago. He continued to inform me that the toll booths no longer took cash. He stated that he could not do anything about this situation but he was willing to upgrade a vehicle for me. I found this to be very strange and took my business to Dollar rental. The agent at dollar rental informed me that your employee was wrong and not truthful. Upon driving to my mothers home on the parkway I was able to pay all TOLLS in cash. Total amount of tolls was under ten dollars. This inconvenience me financially and took away valuable time that I could have spent with my mother.
