The customer support is the worst of any company I've experienced. Expect 30+ minutes of hold every time you call. I finally got ahold of someone for them to disconnect on their end... Writing this review as I am on hold for the 5th time just trying to get the account switched over to my name User's recommendation: DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. BUY USED APPILANCES.
