Avoid Problems…Avoid Envision RX….Terrible Service!
My wife and I signed on recently with Envision RX..... Her first order took over five weeks and countless phone calls to complete! She was without medication for two weeks due to their incompetence. When I needed a refill, I started 3 weeks early, trying to avoid their incompetent start up.... At this point I am 4 weeks and 7 phone calls into trying to get an order fulfilled.... Half of it arrived yesterday....Now I have to contact my doctor for the third time to have them work with Envision.... On my 6th call to straighten things out, their service rep hung up on me.... Worst Customer Support I have ever seen!1 Avoid this Organization.....They are terrible to deal with
