Avoid Like the Plague!!!!

Update by user Jan 15, 2020 Finally I got a call and got my account cancelled. However, I had to request that they send me a cancellation notice because they do not give you any other confirmation of the cancellation except verbally over the phone.One week later I got an email notifying me I had a new bill!!! I had to message them again (since they do not have customer service over the phone). They said they see no bills for my account!!!Altice is the worst ever. Absolutely no customer service and their business practice seems from the stone ages. Original review posted by user Dec 16, 2019 I thought the Altice deal for optimum customers would be great. I ordered the SIM. When I got it and popped into my phone the Altice service blipped for less than a second and then No Service. It works fine with Wi-Fi calling however if you need wifi calling with magic jack would be much cheaper than this. As a regular cell phone it does not work! Then there is no department to cancel! Calling optimum support was no help. They suggested I go to the store!
