my 2020 enrollment has been a nightmare! Never had this happen! First, they changed my deductible to $2500 which I have never met that high of a deductible & wont this year!? When I have made inquiries to fix it-they say they fixed it but nothing happens! Ever! Now, as of February 1st, 2020, my insurance is canceled! Canceled? They said We are having technical issues & when we get to it, we will let you know! I cant get my meds, no dentist, NOTHING! I AM SCREWED! They are seriously a joke!
