Absolutely worthless! Impossible to talk to an actual person, and none of the menu options were appropriate for my simple question about which winter sports would be covered on my Peacock subscription. I will cancel my peacock as soon as I can serious there is no reason on earth for a complete failure of customer service User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs.
