Atronica shipped 2 wrong items and wont issue a refund.

Update by user Dec 22, 2016 Atronica not only sent 2 wrong items but closed the case 3 times in game.co.uk site. Original review posted by user Dec 21, 2016 I made an order of 2 games hard to find games from Atronica via game.co.uk but both items sent are wrong, I asked for: [ Tales of Symphonia & Tales of Graces collection ] & [ Tales of Xillia 1 & 2 collection ] As stated in my purchase order. And you sent: [ Tales of Xillia 1 standard edition ] & [ Tales of Xillia 2 steelbook edition ] The order number in game.co.uk is 186205790. Seller just said that claim was issued to late when I sent them a message the same day I received the items. They avoided any quick answer and then just closed the case leaving me with a £139.96 expense and two cheap items I did not order.
