An associate at the Capital Blvd. Raleigh,NC location insulted me as if I couldnt afford to shop at the store. I remember her name to be Ngozi or something close to that. She appeared to be African-American. I was prepared to furnish my daughters entire apartment from that location but after the experience with this associate I took my business elsewhere. When I ask questions about furniture quality and availability I dont expect to be shunned as if Im a bother or talked down to as if I cant afford the pieces Im inquiring about. User's recommendation: Consider a different furniture store.
