I bought a bed on Tuesday, advertised as New From Factory was cash on Delivery. When the bed came there was damage to the base, the feet don't stay in and the mattress was too small. Was supposed to replace today after 4 days of sleeping on the floor, but has not come, say they don't give refunds. I just want my money back.
