My first order 1 1/2 years ago was a lot simpler. The inability to save what you've started and come back versus starting all over is frustrating. Also, I was able to insert a picture with my first calendar I am not having any success with my efforts this time. It's also frustrating not being able to hold a conversation with someone. I love my first calendar this is enough to make a customer go somewhere else.
