Asking question refereence the screen behind the ear pad on Aviation headsets

The customer service person was Hispanic and could not understand my question. I asked to speak to someone I could better understand instead she wanted my email address, my mailing address and my home address, and wanted to register my headset. I stated I wanted to speak to a technition whom I could better understand and communicat my question. My question was never answered and I was referred to U tube. User's recommendation: Do not purchace from Bose, poor technical support.
