Asked for refundable deposit

I cancel my service since my store was not doing so well and closed my store. They still went into my bank took out fees and also was promise that after 3 month i would get my $350.00 back and i had them recored. Bad service and lied worst company ever. I should of went with TD bank. I ask for someone to call me back and guess what not a call back....
