I never did get their product asked for a refund. I was told to send back the impressions kit unused. It was returned the next day after receiving the kit. Was told to wait 30 days for the refund, I have been patiently waiting, only to be told just before they returned my money that they are keeping $100 because I used their returned stamp and not pay for my own. So it cost me $100 to mail back a kit that would have been maybe 5-10 dollars. They will find away to keep some of your money. I will defiantly be telling people to stay away.
