Bharat Sorathia (m)[protected] Recently i hv purchased 10 no 3520 in bhuj gujarat. out of the 10 vehicle 5 vehicle has done 1000 hrs and we hv approached near by service center in madhapar bhuj gujarat having name Gulf Ashley motors limited. The service center has not single facility, manger here has rude behaviour and having no manners of talking with the customer. Service center is not equipped with primary facility of washing, even they do not avail this facility from outside and does the oil change, filter change without washing primary unit. firstly we have verbal talk with the service manager to do the service on site as vehicle has done 1000 hours but same was not arrange by them for two weeks the vehicle has cross the 1000 hrs limit and nearly 3 to 4 liters less engine oil inside we have informed twice thrice and they have excuse like we donot have mechanic to do service on site. After this much of request we have run the vehicle nearly 200 km from site to the service center and they now said we have mechanic but we dont have engine oil in stock that's why we have not arranged the site service. This is the first time i had ever experience such a worst experience of doing service, and don't even expect service center of such a big company having no basic facility. even the manger has given in written that we are not equiped with basic facility of washing and we are doing service without washing only u can approach and talk the person u are wanted to. so request avail the basic facility or just stop running this type of dealership and personnaly saying fire the service manager manish mishra with no manners of talking. Also the adblue chemical are not in stock most of the time hence vehicle remains the ideal then whi will remains responsible for this, have request to take strict action and equipped with the prime facility or other wise just stop the dealership.
