it has been almost 10 months i am complaining with one problem. every time when i fetch my car from service the very same problem occurs and whenever i take it back i will be told nothing is wrong with the car. only to find out that the problem is in the engen, in a result of danger. i am very disappointed with the treatment i got from BMW SOVEREIGN BLOEMFONTEIN........ in short i will say they are very racist . white costumers of Sovereign never encounter bad service like us black people. i am taking the matter somewhere if i do not get assistance within 24 hours.
