A great friend of mine told me he got a discount code for your product. I was excited, always been a North Face and Patogonia fan but had heard good things. We placed an order, it went through. Got a conformation email, website highlights express shipping. After a week and no shipment, we called. Apparently we had voided the discount by ordering too much product. We had no issue/warning with the online submission, no call from the company after the order was received. When we call and offered to buy less we were told the discount was no longer valid.
