Approved Ticket Refund Not Received yet after 6 Months

Ticket refund requested in October 2020 and until today 01/04/202021 not paid. Too many times followed up and the call center always gave incorrect information. Every time different statement. This is irresponsible and incompetent staff who gave wrong statement. 5 Star airline is a full package including customer service which is not correct by you. Ticket ref.
