Appointment cancelled. I wasn’t told until I drove there and tried entering the door. No call, no email, no text.

Weekly I get flooded with texts and emails on the 'critical' need for blood. We have donated blood regularly. I called and complained about being turned away from the door with a scheduled appointment. I was told my comments were noted in my file. Believe this situation could happen again because it fell on deaf ears and there was no follow up by the American Red Cross management.
