They ignore all communication from residents and other professionals, they don't even respond to solicitors legal letters threatening legal action for their incompetence. They are not fit for purpose. The properties are in terrible condition, cyclical maintenance is ignored and left to tenants to do. Staffed by illiterate, unprofessional individuals who only take pride in their ignorance, rudeness and bigotry. Needs to be shut down, overhauled and reopened using new staff. They are always on holiday but never have a colleague to cover their duties. No one takes responsibility for mistakes, they think they are unaccountable. They view residents as an inconvenience to be fobbed off at every opportunity. What are they being paid for and by whom?
