APPALLING CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND AWFUL PRODUCT

In April 2021 my Hisesne TV died after less than 2 yrs. Hisense replaced it with an inferior model. Since then I have had nothing but awful service from them. They eventually picked up the inferior TV in July and 2 weeks later I am still waiting on a refund. I have been told by Hisense that I can only get my refund through their CRT, who have had my bank details for over a month now. User's recommendation: NEVER purchase anything from this company.
