Steers only delivered half the order I paid for. Order was placed via their app. I was unable to contact the particular branch that delivered order because branch phone line is diverted to call centre. Numerous call centre staff repeatedly put the phone down in my ear when I mention the issue or put me on hold then line goes dead. Seems like they have no process or system in place to deal with branch queries but offer no way of contacting the branch. When a call centre agent finally gave me the managers cell number he did not answer his phone after multiple attempts to contact him. I rarely order something via the Steers app but each time there was an issue with the order. Complete rip off!!!
