Antivirus protection is not extended even after the payment

Hi, I am Manish Pillai. I bought a laptop last month and the free Mcafee antivirus protection was supposed to expire 8-Aug-2021. I have renewed it for next one year by paying an amount of 399 Rs yesterday(8-Aug-2021). Money deducted from my bank account. However i have not received any update on Macfee antivirus details.Alo laptop is still showing as your Mcafee antivirus is expired and prompting me to buy again. Please help. Thanks Manish
