They continue to send emails every day with my balance which is zero and the card has been canceled since October 2020. Branch office associates have called Four times I have called at least six times and they say it is taken care of every time but the emails keep coming. How can you trust a bank that cant even straighten this problem out? Beware of Citizens Bank!! User's recommendation: Stay away from citizens bank.
