I ordered a bracelet that had launched in a new collection. I ordered that bracelet on August 10th and it is now August 27th with no tracking information because it has not been shipped. The costumer service is terrible. The email I got about my bracelet was simply click on this link and it will explain everything and it was a link to the bracelet I bought. Don't buy a bracelet unless you want to wait forever and never get good answers from their costumer service. Not even worth it. User's recommendation: Don't buy one.
