placed order 5-1..you say was shipped 5-5..never received..can't reach anyone on phone..have called several times ..on hold for 30 to 45 min..yesterday after holding was hung up on before I could say a word..you say customer hours are 24/7..must not have anyone working because phone is never answered User's recommendation: don't order from this company impossible to reach with problem.
