I Have also been dealing with Angel Pin Creations. I have had 0 problems with this company. I had a question about the angel pins. they called me back ASAP. I to sent an Angel Pin in to this Company they do inspect the Pins and pass them, But if you didn't pass inspection they can not sell a faulty Angel that may fall apart. After 1st use. Please understand this is a company that does not sell shoty work like China! This is a great company to work for you just have to be patient. Charisse Johnson
