They halfway repaired parts the claimed they replaced and the core support broke causing the engine to fall out. They said they would send someone out to my house to look at it then told me to tow it to them on my dime and that they would fix it cause it had a lifetime warranty. then when towed there they said the warranty was void because the car was not intact cause someone took it apart when in reality the thing fell apart because of their lousy deceptive work. Not only that but they were in on scam with the insurance company mercury insurance and a shell company they owned pretending to be a independent auto body repair adjusting company to run the cost up double in price so that mercury could pay out more in claims by the end of the year so that they could justify raising the premiums the next year. kicking back some of the money to the body shop then folding up the fake adjusting company and all the employee all of a sudden are now working directly at and for mercury insurance now.
