Update by user Jul 12, 2021 Someone from Ann Summers called Charlotte contacted me on the chat line a few weeks ago to say a refund of £34 has been approved and will be issued. 3 weeks on, it hasn’t happened. Are they scammers or what? Original review posted by user Jun 09, 2021 Poor customer service and bad attitude of staff in the Leeds branch. They are elderly and not up to date with technology. I was told I need to bring my card rather than issue my refund on the app even though I paid with my bank app. Ridiculous. User's recommendation: Stand your ground.
