I tried to reply to your mail but when I tried to write in the box it closed on me and I could not get in to it again. There was no need to send me six emails on the same day. I do have a life! I received a phone call from TT who said they were glad their phone call to me on May 28 had resolved the problem. They did not phone! We were in all day. User's recommendation: Talktalk phone side of the company is excellent.
