In Indianapolis Indiana is the biggest scam against the less fortunate who can't finance a home with traditional financing this company will take advantage of anybody they are being investigated by the Attorney General for doing just that I hope they are forced to shut their doors and the owner is forced to think about where he's going to live I can't stand these kind of people they claim they can help the less fortunate but all they do is steal from the less fortunate what money they actually have left They get them to live in these houses that are uninhabitable tell them they own it they must take care of it and pay the taxes on it because they own it but the minute they missed a payment they take them to court tell the judge they were just renting it most people that buy these houses cant afford a attorney they don't know any type of legal questions to ask when signing any type of documentation like this they rush through the documents without representation all in all you will never own the house With this company it's all just a scam
