Am being charged twice for product.

After I looked into problem further, it was discovered the initial charge when boots were ordered, had been dropped. When I actually received boots, I was then charged properly. I've not yet taken possession of boots, as they are at friends house 2 hrs away. So have not been able to try them on yet. Thank you Kate P. (LaCrosse cust. service), for all ur valuable assistance.
