After I looked into problem further, it was discovered the initial charge when boots were ordered, had been dropped. When I actually received boots, I was then charged properly. I’ve not yet taken possession of boots, as they are at friends house 2 hrs away. So have not been able to try them on yet. Thank you... Read more➤
To: Kate P., customer service at LaCrosse, I received COLD SNAP Hunting boots (sz 15W)and am being charged for them a second time. They were paid for when I initially ordered them. Please advise. I no longer have the ordering info. They were shipped to my friends address: Brian Small Hartsburg, Mo.

Cracking boots

I have bought 2 pairs of lacrosse snake boots. Both pair are cracking at the toe instep. They replaced the 1st pair. But both were worthless within 6 months. Never buy another. Boots at Walmart are much better and only cost 30 40 bucks. User’s recommendation: Do not buy.
A pair of expensive men’s winter boots (steel toe, leather uppers/rubber foot last) purchased years back were rarely used and stored in my closet. Upon needing to wear them during a severe winter snow storm in Colorado, the right boot rubber disintegrated within minutes and utterly beyond repair. This occurred while I was in the field and...
