Allergic Reaction and Despicable Customer Service

I had an allergic reaction to a Rodan Fields product because they did not properly label their ingredients as required by the FDA. Rodan and Fields refused to help me via email, so I called the company. After being passed around and put on hold for an extended period, I was told they couldn't help me and that I would have to seek out their consultant myself and convince her to refund my purchase. It wasn't until I mentioned the class action lawsuit regarding this product that she asked to get a supervisor. After she spoke to the supervisor I was told the Rodan and Fields sales rep who sold me the product was operating incorrectly and it is my responsibility to ask her for a refund.
