I bought HP 14" 15 laptop with 3 year notebook/AIO/CPU After couple of months the keyboard stopped working. I sent it to the store, they said they will fix it. Now they are saying it has water damage they can not do anything. I was not mention anywhere on the receipt that water damage will not be repaired. They told me to get a new laptop worth $300 for computer as an alternative. Now they didn't repair the laptop not giving my money back. I am going to complain fraud on them. I have their voice recording saying that they will give my money back. WORST DEALER I HAVE EVER DELT WITH.
