I am so dissatisfied with your service especially your customer care line. Apart from that I'm also angry, it can't be possible that my airtime dissapear without being used - how??? Kindly give me an agent number i can call because the *111# &;;;;;; 082 138 are on no use for me. I am at the *** of leaving this network. I can't loose R70 worth of airtime in a short space of 5days without calls/internet/subscriptions. I've been using this network for years, though it has been dissapointing this time it has gone too far. I honestly can't deal with 2 pandemics at a time, please look it to my simcard & let me know what could be my airtime devourer. We all know is not safe to be at malls or stores therefore i cannot risk contacting the virus to go to Vodacom, so please don't refer me there. RICA or not please sort out my airtime issue, i need valid explanation/refund. Thanks!
