I have booked air ticket through this company 3 days back. One and half months before the date of travel. After purchasing the ticket I came to know my school alumni is meeting a few days earlier to my arrival. I requested for advancement of my travel date by one week. They said I have to cancel my existing booking. They are charging 80 percent of my ticket cost. This is extremely unfair for cancelling before 40 days prior to departure date. Its a total rip-off. They can just change the dates without charge or by charging some reasonable amount.
