Low quality service

This company really caresses people, if at first I thought that all the complaints read here could be a coincidence, then now I personally made sure of it. In April 2019, I bought a Samsung Alpha phone from 1a.info, at the end of October the phone just started to touch the Samsung logo and did not turn on. Ok, who doesn't happen to take it for warranty repairs, I waited 14 days as stipulated in the contract. Cried: guess what? after.When asked what exactly did the phone do? The answer was to change the motherboard! I came home happy, I basically have a new phone only in the old case. My joy didn't drag on for a long time, after a day the phone hung up, turned off and just didn't respond anymore, I didn't take the battery out right away that by chance I picked up the phone in my hand again, the phone and its battery were finally hot! Well, how can it be!?! Of course, the next day I bring the phone back to Seaview Street, again sending it to the service diagnostics, etc. the whole epic again. Today is exactly 14 days and once again neither news nor memories. Call the website number. The young man answers and says to me with great amusement: but today is still the whole day ahead, there is no answer from the warranty service. I wait until evening, ok.... my call around: 4pm, picks up the girl and this time at least without giggling but answers exactly the same: no answer from the service. Wait! MY MEETING OF PATIENCE IS FULL, I will not remain silent. I will also go to the CRPC to get involved. Well, it can be if the motherboard is replaced during the first repair, and after a day the phone is not usable at all. In addition, I have been living without a telephone for more than a month. And you will be able to exchange the answer from 1a.info phone for a new one only after 3 warranty repairs or even if the phone will no longer be repairable after service diagnostics! It's now so purely ok to buy a phone for 330 dollars to spend about 6 months and then still caress your nerves with warranty repairs!? How can you sell such a low-quality product? And if you ever sell such a product, then at least make sure that quality warranty repairs are performed!
