Agora Solutions charge me 8.83 for services I never sign up for.

Get my phone bill, rarely use land line, why bill so high, going thru the list and see this service. Never called for it, never signed up for it, don't even know what's it for. Call the company, at 1656 hours, they of course are closed. Nine dollars here and nine dollars there, it adds up. Why do AT & T let this happen? I only work part time, where do they get the authorization to do this? I will now look at my bill every month. Is there anything we can do to get our monies back? This is why it is hard to go paperless.
