I bought a used car there over two months ago. When I purchased the car I was told it had a remote entry. I was also told they would replace the sun visors and the broken rear view mirror. Once we had made the deal and were finalizing I was told that they weren't going to replace the visors but would replace the rear view mirror because that was a safety issue. I have yet to get that plus I am upset about the visors. when they said they would fix them was because i wanted some taken off the price to replace them and the mirror and was told they would replace them but they won't come down on the price. Once agreed like i said that changed once i went thru all the financing and stuff so i went along with it. when they went to give me my keys there was only one key and no remote. they said they would look for it or get me one and would let me know the next business day. well i called a few days later and was told that my car doesn't have the equipment to have a remote and got an apology. i called the suzuki dealership and their customer service and was told that mine does. they checked the vender number so i know for certain. i called back to mark sweeney and told them. no one has called back. left serveral messages and then called the manager. mr sweeny... left two messages in detail and have yet to get a call back. i am tired of being pushed around and want this taken care of .
