I actually do not have a complaint at all. I received my order #31626****. Everything was included. But I did end up with 2 items(L-Theanine, and SAM-e) that I did not order. I was simply trying to find out what I needed to do. The customer service person was very helpful and pleasant. I do think that a little more attention needs to be paid though when packing orders.
